In Support Of: MamaCitas

This July, MamaCitas hosted Soul to Sol, a summer mini retreat built around connection, wellness, and celebration for mom founders. We couldn't be there in person, but we didn't want that to stop us from showing up for it.

For those unfamiliar, MamaCitas is a Phoenix community of mom founders who genuinely pour into each other, through events, markets, and a mompreneur network that helps women grow their businesses alongside the friendships. Soul to Sol was a two-day love letter to that spirit: inner reflection on Friday, a Copacabana poolside social on Saturday, and a room full of women-owned businesses getting seen. Tea ceremony, sound healing, guided movement, a vendor showcase. The kind of programming that treats rest and ambition as the same conversation, not competing ones.

ATL came on as a Community Sponsor, covering the DJ and sending hats and beach balls for the moms. A small contribution to a bigger day, and one we were glad to make.

We partnered with this one because it reflects how we think about supporting founders. When you spend your days helping companies hire with intention, you start to notice the people quietly building something of their own, often while raising a family at the same time. That work is hard and it's easy to overlook, and it deserves both celebration and a real community around it.

Supporting founders doesn't always mean being in the room. Sometimes it just means making sure the room has music. If you want to know the women behind it, MamaCitas is worth a follow.
