On Board With: Gilbert Chamber of Commerce

We're excited to share that Aurora Talent Lab is now a member of the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce. Growth doesn't happen in isolation and neither does a business, so planting roots in a community this invested in the people building here felt like an easy yes.

For those outside the East Valley, the Gilbert Chamber does the quiet, often unglamorous work that makes a place genuinely good for business. It advocates for businesses locally, statewide, and nationally. It builds workforce pathways through programs like The CATALYST. And it brings leaders together to collaborate in ways that actually move the needle for the companies here.

That workforce piece is what drew us in. ATL is built on the belief that hiring is both a science and a deeply human practice, and you can't strengthen a local economy without strengthening the way its businesses find and keep good people. Being in a room full of leaders who care about that is exactly where we want to be.
