Our Founder
Aurora Talent Lab was founded by Meghann Hanvey, a talent strategist with 15 years of experience helping high-growth companies build teams with intention.
Before launching Aurora, Meghann served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Bobbie, the first organic infant formula brand in the U.S., and held senior recruiting leadership roles at Clari and Sprinklr, scaling sales, GTM, and cross-functional teams through some of their most pivotal growth phases. Her career spans diverse industries including tech, biotech, consumer brands, and social impact, giving her a genuine ability to meet companies where they are regardless of stage or sector.
Meghann combines deep operational expertise with a sharp understanding of people and culture. She is particularly energized by high-growth companies navigating rapid change, and brings both the structure and the warmth to make the work feel manageable.
