Women in Philanthropy | AZ Chapter

Women in Philanthropy Arizona published a feature this week introducing me as their new Vice President of Membership on the founding board, and I am still taking it in.

WIP is a community of women who show up, not just in theory, but in practice. Women who care about the children and families of Phoenix and are willing to put their time, resources, and networks behind that care. That is what drew me in from the beginning.

In the feature, I talk about what giving back actually means to me, why consistency is the thing I keep coming back to, and what I am most looking forward to in this first year. The short version: the impact. Building relationships with women who are centered around a common goal. And watching our cofounders lead with the kind of dedication that makes you want to match their energy.

Interested in becoming a member? WIP is accepting applications through Friday 6/26.
