Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club

In May, we were a proud sponsor of VIVA: A Valley Kids Foundation Benefit, hosted by the Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club at Events on Jackson in downtown Phoenix. When we heard about this one, saying yes was easy.

VIVA is the club's signature annual fundraiser, and this year it went full Las Vegas, think casino style gaming, live entertainment, an open bar, and a room full of people who showed up because they genuinely care about kids in the Valley. It was a great night. The kind of event that reminds you Phoenix has a real community of people doing meaningful work.

The Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club is a philanthropic and leadership organization for professional women ages 21 to 39. All proceeds from VIVA flow directly to Valley Kids Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that has donated more than $2.7 million to local children's charities over the last 33 years. Every dollar stays in the Valley. That kind of track record speaks for itself.

We sponsored this because supporting children in our community is something we take seriously at ATL, and organizations like VKF are doing the sustained, unglamorous work that actually moves the needle. VIVA just happens to make it a really fun night in the process.
