USCG Chief Petty Officers Association

On November 7th we sponsored the Chief Petty Officer Association's Fall Golf Tournament at Olomana Golf Links in Waimanalo, Hawaii , and this one was personal.

My brother is a Chief Petty Officer, and he actually planned this event as part of his Chief's Call to Initiation. So when we came on as a hole sponsor, it wasn't just a giving opportunity. It was showing up for him and the community he's built his life around.

What I loved about this event was how no-nonsense it was. 130+ active-duty Coast Guard members and civilian employees, a day of golf, and money going directly to disaster relief, scholarships, and support programs for Coast Guard families in Hawaii when things get hard. No fanfare. Just people who serve, taking care of each other.

Military families carry so much. Deployments, constant moves, financial hits that come out of nowhere. The CPOA exists to fill those gaps with practical, direct support at the moments that matter most. My brother has been through it, and organizations like this one make a real difference.

ATL supports causes across the country, not just in our backyard, and this one happened to be both. The Coast Guard doesn't get the attention other branches do, but the work is constant and the families feel all of it. We're proud to have shown up for this one.

If you're looking for ways to support military families in Hawaii, CPOA is doing real, quiet work worth backing.
