I joined BONDE as a founding member last fall, and it has truly been one of the better decisions I have made for my own growth.

BONDE is a private professional club for women in leadership. VPs, directors, founders, people making real decisions in their fields. It is vetted and selective, and that matters, because you are not walking into a room wondering if anyone gets what you are dealing with. They do.

What I value most is the directness of it. You have access to experienced mentors, strategic connections, and a network that operates at the level you are already working at. This is not surface level networking. It is built for women who are clear about where they are going and want to be around others who are equally invested.

The structure is intentional. BONDE exists to accelerate careers and create access that does not always exist naturally, especially for women navigating industries where leadership still skews male. That gap does not close on its own. It closes when women have real support, real mentorship, and relationships that actually move the needle.

I also appreciate that BONDE is not trying to be everything. It is focused. It is for women who have already built something and are ready to level up.
